Belly Bandit Post Pregnancy Tummy Wrap – The importance of support post pregnancy

For centuries women all over the world used support/compression garments after they had their babies, pregnancy and childbirth represent two of the greatest health transitions that women face in their lifetime. With this in mind it is vitally important that your core areas such as your stomach muscles, pelvis & lower back are given adequate support to help realign the pelvis, spine and re-reinforce the weakened tummy muscles.

So how does the Belly Bandit tummy wrap do this?

Sizing is key to how well your Belly Bandit will work for you – so the best advise we can give here is that when you are post-pregnant you look at your pre-pregnant dress size as a guide to the correct size for you. For example if you are a size 14 and a average size 14 then you would fit into the Medium category. Remember if the Belly Bandit is too loose at the top or bottom it will not be as effective. It may not completely close when you first put it on but over the coming weeks you will find yourself moving it over to completely cover the velcro.
